In case we don't know each other, my name is Menina Fortunato. I am 40 years old, a mom of 3 and I've been teaching dance for over 25+ years.
Not that long ago, I was feeling unmotivated and discouraged.
Postpartum recovery can be tough, especially in 2020-21 with little to no community support. I have never been home this long ever in my life so finding the time to balance mom life, work life & self care all at home has been incredibly challenging.
I started teaching online dance to a group of moms in the the fall of 2020 and went through my own physical transformation.
I created an on-demand Postnatal Dance program for moms with babies in 2021. My baby was my workout buddy but he is a toddler now and getting too big & unwilling to cooperate, so I am transitioning to MOM ONLY dance workouts.... hence the creation of this NEW program.
Let me give you a road map, so that you stop hitting dead ends or getting lost on back roads, and instead take the fast lane to a healthier more fit mom that you can be proud of.

I’ve had a ton of moms with older children reach out to me around the world interested in dancing with me.
Since many of us are on different time zones and our schedules vary greatly, live classes are a challenge.
I created an on demand dance program that you can do at your convenience. I have also teamed up with other amazing guest dance teachers who are also mothers to create a variety of dance based workouts
I want to help you go from feeling unmotivated, discouraged & dissatisfied with your mom body to a more fit & energized version of you (tone your “mommy tummy”, hips, legs, butt), be more flexible, coordinated, feel confident and even sexy again.
Moms need moral support and encouragement too, so we will be doing group monthly accountability calls for support.
