In case we don't know each other, my name is Menina Fortunato. I am 40 years old, a mom of 3 and I've been teaching dance for over 25+ years.
Not that long ago, I was feeling unmotivated and discouraged.
Postpartum recovery can be tough, especially in 2020-21 with little to no community support. I have never been home this long ever in my life so finding the time to balance mom life, work life & self care all at home has been incredibly challenging.
I started teaching online dance to a group of moms in the the fall of 2020 and went through my own physical transformation.

I have dedicated most of my life as a dance educator, performer and choreographer.
I have been teaching dance for 25+ years, have an extensive dance background performing on TV, film, live shows, commercials all over the world (over 40 countries).
I have taught thousands of dancers worldwide from small children to professionals and everyone in between. I was also a guest instructor on VHI's Celebrity Fit Club
I have shared the stage or the screen as a dancer with Britney Spears, Beyonce, Earth Wind & Fire, Beyonce, Carmen Electra, ZZ Top, Luis Miguel, Rain (Bi), Carrie Underwood, MC Hammer to name a few. I am a mom just like you. I've danced through 3 pregnancies and after 3 births. I understand your emotional, hormonal and physical changes.
Being mom has been the most fulfilling roller coaster rides, to say the least. Like all moms, I had to adjust to a new way of life full of poopy diapers, car seats, strollers, diaper bags, baby wipes, nursing covers, breast pumps etc.

POSTNATAL DANCE was created in 2020 out of frustration from the outside world (travel bans & studio closures). I wanted to get back in shape but I had no where to go. I knew I wasn't alone and other moms were feeling the same frustrations, so I had this crazy idea and created a step-by-step dance program for moms with babies to get back in shape dancing with their babies without leaving the house.
I created a 6 WEEK POSTNATAL DANCE CHALLENGE in January 2021 and it was a huge success. I personally coached a small group of moms who went through their own incredible mental and physical transformations. Now I am on a mission to help other moms do the same.

Who is this program for?
The program is specifically designed for new moms with babies that love DANCE who are serious about making a transformation NOW. It’s designed for moms who may have tried other exercise programs with failed results or haven’t even started exercising yet, lack accountability, and need support. All ability levels are welcome.
When is a good time to do this challenge?
The earliest should be once you have clearance to exercise (typically 6 weeks-8 weeks postpartum)
You can do this challenge as long you can carry the weight of your baby in a carrier (approx 12 months - depending on the weight of your baby)
How much is the program?
The value of the program is over $2000+
Once I am out of the beta phase, the retail price will be of the program is $997
The 6 week challenge is only $497 for a very limited time.
What does the program include?
25% strengthening & sculpting exercises
50% cardio dance (with and without a baby carrier)
When are the dance classes?
All the classes are pre-recorded and accessible through my beta web app, so you can do the dance workouts at your convenience.
There is 1 bonus LIVE Zoom class available once a month
What equipment do I need?
An exercise mat (or carpet)
a baby carrier or wrap
a smart phone to acces the workouts on the app
Bluetooth Speakers (optional)
A TV is also ideal to mirror the workouts from your phone (optional)
